Marketing and Social Media Executive

We are looking for a Marketing and Social Media Executive to join The Signet Collection team based at The Retreat, Elcot Park located in West Berkshire.

As part of the Marketing team, you will work closely with the Head of Marketing and the General Managers to continually conjure up engaging content for The Signet Collection social media presence, including keeping social media channels updated and brand-focused, and seeking out new social media avenues and ways of connecting with audiences.

You will:

- Work alongside the Head of Marketing to manage the day-to-day company social media channels including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms.
- Engage in social media presence creation on new and emerging social media platforms.
- Create dynamic written, graphic, and video content which are on brand.
- Follow the brand aesthetic throughout all social channels to maintain consistency.
- Optimize content following search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC)
- Create content that promotes audience interaction, increases audience presence on company sites, and encourages audience participation.
- Assist social media management with large projects, events, and community management.
- Work as part of a team to develop large social media campaigns.
- Analyse and reports audience information and demographics, and success of existing social media projects.
- Seek to source new followers, which are relevant for the Signet collection market.
- Propose new ideas and concepts for social media content and gives a detailed monthly Calendar proposal to the creative director.
- Work with marketing and hotel team members to coordinate ad campaigns with social media strategy.
- Write and distributes e-newsletters to subscribers.
- Use timelines and scheduled content to create a consistent stream of new content for audience interaction while analysing, managing, and altering schedules where necessary to optimize visits.
