Job Title: Financial Services Coordinator

This role offers the opportunity to join a supportive organisation where professional development and inclusivity are highly valued. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will drive the seamless management of financial processes, working closely with the Purchasing Manager. As a key player in the Finance team, you will take ownership of all things Accounts Payable, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strong supplier relationships.

Your primary duties will include reviewing invoices for accuracy, completeness, and approval; raising purchase orders and managing supplier communications; maintaining up-to-date financial records; building and nurturing supplier relationships while resolving discrepancies; managing company credit card statements and processing employee expenses; updating supplier records, reconciling accounts, and addressing flagged issues; and ensuring timely supplier payments and maintaining payment schedules.

To be successful in this role, you will hold an AAT qualification or bring equivalent experience, with a strong grasp of finance systems and spreadsheets. Experience within an SME is a bonus. Detail-oriented and highly organised, you're a team player who communicates effectively and thrives on solving challenges.

The estimated salary for this role is £31,250 per annum, commensurate with location and experience.
