Children's Service Coordinator

iPeople Solutions is currently recruiting for a Children's Service Coordinator to join our team based in Newbury and surrounding areas.
The successful candidate will have significant safeguarding experience and be confident working with children and families subject to a CP plan and during care proceedings.
About the Role:
- Work as part of the West Family Safeguarding Team in Newbury, coordinating services and providing support to vulnerable children and families.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including schools, healthcare providers, and other agencies.
- Assess the needs of families and develop effective plans to improve outcomes for children and families.
Requirements:
- Degree in Social Work or related field.
- Significant experience in safeguarding, preferably within a Children's Services context.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Salary: £32,000 - £37,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
