Family Support Coordinator
Estimated salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.

We are seeking a highly motivated Family Support Coordinator to join our Family Placement Team at Sanctuary Personnel Ltd. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality family support services to children and young people in need of a family placement.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Work as a member of the Family Placement Team to provide expert family support services.
  • Recruit, train, supervise, and support foster carers to ensure they provide high-quality care.
  • Prepare and present home study and group assessment reports to the Fostering Panel.
  • Liaise with other professional staff to plan for children requiring a family placement.
  • Support existing placements by developing support packages in cooperation with other staff.
  • Conduct family finding and placement supervision for children and young people referred for family placement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring confidentiality at all times.

Requirements:
  • A social work qualification or equivalent.
