Job Description: Child and Family Support Lead

    Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking an experienced Child and Family Support Lead to manage a caseload of complex assessments, working closely with children, families, carers, and communities to ensure the best possible outcomes.

About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will have extensive experience in social work, including managing complex casework and developing relationships with stakeholders.
  • They will work within West Berkshire policies, procedures, and guidelines to meet the needs of children and families.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement plans to support children and families in need, ensuring the most effective use of resources.
  • Liaise with colleagues in own and other directorates, as well as external agencies, to gather information and inform assessment and care planning activities.
Requirements:
  • A Social Work Qualification or equivalent.
Salary and Benefits:
  • £45,441 per annum salary
  • Flexible working arrangements between 07:00 and 19:00 hours, where possible
