Vulnerable Children Coordinator

iPeople Solutions is recruiting an experienced social worker to join our team in Newbury. This role focuses on providing support and protection to children and families subject to Child Protection Plans and care proceedings.
The successful candidate will have substantial safeguarding expertise, be able to adapt to changing situations, and work effectively in both office and remote environments.
This position allows for a healthy work-life balance, with 2 days spent in the office and the remaining time worked from home. If you are passionate about safeguarding, possess excellent communication skills, and want to make a difference in the lives of vulnerable families, we invite you to apply.

We offer a competitive salary package of ▢45,000 - ▢55,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. During the interview process, we will discuss the exact compensation.
