Job Description

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in outbound B2C sales or lead generation. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, arranging callback calls, and maintaining accurate records of customer contact and development.

You will work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and support. A professional demeanor, ability to follow scripts, and strong data management skills are essential for this role.

  • Maintaining accurate records of customer contact and development
  • Providing administrative support to the sales team
