HR Advisor Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coach and mentor Managers to up-skill and develop their teams
  • Support and coach Managers through disciplinary and grievance cases, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes
  • Provide expert advice to employees and Managers on employment-related issues, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Manage absence cases, including long- and short-term absences, to minimize disruption to the business
  • Oversee the recruitment and on-boarding process, ensuring a seamless transition for new employees
  • Support the business and wider HR department with change management initiatives, driving cultural transformation and growth
  • Provide data-driven insights and metrics to inform HR strategies and initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of regulatory awareness
  • Conduct reviews of internal reward and benefits schemes to ensure they remain competitive and aligned with business objectives
  • Participate in extensive project work, driving business improvement and innovation across various initiatives
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing ER caseloads, with a strong understanding of employment law and regulations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Able to work independently, using initiative and managing own diary to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Coaching and training experience, with a focus on developing Managerial skills and competencies
  • Full driving license, with the ability to travel to various locations as required
