Job Title: HR Advisor

SF Recruitment is working with a large manufacturing organisation to recruit an HR Advisor to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. As the HR Advisor, you will play a critical role in supporting the People Manager with all generalist aspects of the role, ensuring that all business needs are met across all areas/divisions. You will be the go-to person to liaise between employees at all levels across all departments, line management, and the wider HR department.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Coaching, mentoring, and supporting the development of Managers to up-skill
  • Supporting and coaching Managers through disciplinary and grievance cases
  • Providing advice to employees and people Managers about employment-related issues
  • Managing absence cases of long- and short-term duration
  • Managing all aspects of the recruitment and on-boarding process
  • Supporting the business and wider HR department with managing change processes
  • Providing KPI data and metrics to support activity
  • Compliance administration
  • Carrying out reviews on the internal reward and benefits offered
  • Extensive project-work opportunities across new and ongoing projects


Requirements:


  • Previous experience of managing ER caseload
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Able to use own initiative, work independently, and manage own diary
  • Coaching/Training experience
  • Full Driving Licence
