Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Payroll and Employee Benefits Specialist to join our dynamic team at The Curve Group.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in payroll administration with knowledge of UK payroll processes and legislation. Strong numeracy skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word, and effective time management and organizational skills are also essential.

In this role, you will support the Group Payroll Manager in processing payroll for all companies within the Group, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. You will also collate and process overtime and other payroll data each month, manage annual pay reviews, handle starters, leavers, and pro-rata payments, and perform payroll calculations, including statutory payments like SMP, SPP, and SSP.

The estimated salary for this position is £34,000 depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a suite of benefits, including enhanced holiday entitlement, company sick pay, life insurance, and a cycle-to-work scheme.
