We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Manager to join our high-performing global Account Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 40 Tier 1 and Tier 2 accounts, with a primary focus on expansion (80%) and new business acquisition (20%). You will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while identifying growth opportunities to increase revenue within the current accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Expansion (80%): Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, identify and execute expansion opportunities, develop account plans to strategically retain, manage and grow each account, regularly review and analyse client performance to ensure maximum value realisation and retention.
  • New Business Development (20%): Identify and prospect new business opportunities within your territory, manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing new business deals, provide regular updates to leadership on account performance, expansion opportunities, and new business pipeline, keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities for growth.

Estimated salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
