About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled sales professional to join a world-leading manufacturer of hydraulic components. As an Industrial Sales Leader, you will be responsible for developing new business and managing existing customer relationships. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
* Map out and segment the industrial hydraulics market* Conduct regular customer visits throughout the sales region* Develop relationships with key accounts and identify new business opportunities

Requirements
* Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Proven track record of business-to-business sales* External sales experience from an associated sector is essential* Mechanical engineering knowledge and background are highly desirable* Salary: £50,000-£80,000 (dependent on experience)

About Austin Fraser
Austin Fraser is a British manufacturer with a global presence. We offer a competitive salary package, including a basic salary of £45,000 to £70,000, plus a company car, pension, laptop, mobile phone, credit card, and bonus.
