Sales Team Leader

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to join our team as Showroom Manager in Oxford. As a key member of our retail department, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales professionals, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive sales growth by leading and motivating the sales team to achieve targets
- Implement effective store operations, including stock management, staff training, and administration
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance sales and profitability
- Foster strong relationships with customers and suppliers
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Extensive leadership experience in a sales environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet targets
- Industry knowledge of consumer electronics
We provide a comprehensive compensation package, including:
- A competitive annual salary of £31,000 (with potential for £24,500 + commission and bonus in Year 2)
- No Sundays or bank holidays
