We are seeking a dynamic leader to spearhead our commercial vehicle sales team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and market expansion within the UK's leading commercial vehicle business.

As a High-Performing Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing a high-performing sales team, and building relationships with key clients and partners. Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving revenue growth and market expansion through effective sales strategies
  • Leading, coaching, and expanding a high-performing sales team
  • Building strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Managing the sales pipeline and ensuring a continuous flow of leads and opportunities

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commercial vehicle sales or leasing, strong leadership and people management skills, and the ability to drive data-driven decision-making. Additionally, they will possess a strong understanding of CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
