Commercial Vehicle Sales Director

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our clients commercial vehicle sales team. This role offers the opportunity to drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the senior leadership team.
The CompanyThe Growth Consultants is working with a leading commercial vehicle business supplying the UK with vehicle sourcing, fleet solutions, and light commercial vehicles.
The RoleThe Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the sales strategy, managing a high-performing sales team, and building relationships with key clients and partners.
You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, expanding existing client accounts, ensuring processes and procedures are adhered to.
As a leader in the function, you'll empower, grow, and mentor your team to meet targets and drive revenue.
Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, expand, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Monitor sales performance, analyse data, and prepare accurate forecasts.
- Pipeline Management: Oversee and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring a continuous flow of leads and opportunities.
- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and managing high-performing teams within the commercial vehicles industry.
- Proven track record in commercial vehicle sales or leasing.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels.
- Data-driven decision-making with the ability to analyse sales metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- A Full UK Driving licence.
- A competitive basic salary of £90,000 - £110,000 with uncapped earning potential.
