We are partnering with a leading commercial vehicle business that supplies the UK with vehicle sourcing, fleet solutions, and light commercial vehicles. Our client is looking for an experienced Sales Manager who can help them achieve their sales targets and expand their market share.

Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to queries and resolving any issues efficiently.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure effective communication and coordination of sales efforts.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership or management, preferably in the transportation industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
