Job Title: Department Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Department Manager to join our team at Flannels. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in retail management, with experience of leading a team within a luxury brand environment. They will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop their team members.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about luxury brands and have a strong understanding of visual presentation and its impact on sales floor commercially. They will also have the ability to drive sales through excellent customer service and maintain a high level of product knowledge.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £32,495 per annum, with additional benefits including weekly/monthly commercial bonuses, stocktake bonuses, commission-led bonuses across a wide range of products, monthly group rewards and recognition, long service awards, and a wide range of development courses with national qualifications.

The successful candidate will also have access to a 28-day holiday entitlement, 50% instore uniform discount, discounted gym membership, cycle to work scheme, and a group-wide 20% discount across all Frasers Group brands.
