Care Team Lead

Nurseplus offers a challenging opportunity for a Homecare Operations Manager to lead our homecare team in Exeter.
This role is ideal for those with experience in community care looking to develop their management skills. As a Homecare Operations Manager, you will oversee the delivery of care services in the community, ensuring our service users receive high-quality support and care.
You will work closely with Service Users, conducting assessments, writing care plans, and reviewing their delivery on a regular basis. This involves making initial contact with new Service Users to assess their care needs, undertaking risk and manual handling assessments, and writing full care plans that reflect their needs.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for supervising care workers, providing one-on-one direct supervision, and maintaining an effective quality assurance system in consultation with the Branch Manager and Quality Assurance Advisor. Additionally, they will conduct quality monitoring telephone calls to Service Users and liaise with Social Services as required.
