Care Practitioner Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Care Practitioner Lead to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. In this role, you will oversee the needs of our residents to provide high-quality, person-centered care and support. Your responsibilities will include supervising a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager and supporting the clinical team in areas such as medication management, assessments, care plans, and reviews.

Your Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care. We are looking for individuals with specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly who are warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to providing individualized care and support. Additionally, we require candidates to have experience in leading teams and supporting clinical teams.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive rate of pay, ranging from £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
