We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Administrator to join our team at Orion Group. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients in Aberdeen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage long-term sickness absences, including Occupational Health referrals and Group Income Protection claim submissions.
- Coach leaders in absence case management, ensuring appropriate documentation is received and stored.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to consider targeted interventions and development of resources.
- Provide support in other employee relations cases during periods of high volume or absence.
Requirements:
- Previous HR Assistant/Officer experience.
- Experience of supporting employee sickness and absences.
- Basic understanding of employment law.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools.
