Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Executive at Love Finance, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. You will be responsible for handling inbound Asset Finance inquiries, identifying new business opportunities, and developing effective business plans.
The ideal candidate will have 2 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in a similar role. They will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inbound Lead Management: Responsively handle, quote, and close inbound Asset Finance inquiries.
- New Business Development: Identify new business opportunities to expand Love Finance's client base and market presence.
- Business Planning: Develop and implement effective business plans in alignment with divisional objectives.
Requirements:
- 2 years of sales experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, with a realistic OTE of £45,000 - £110,000 per annum.
