Senior Dementia Care Worker

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a compassionate and skilled Senior Dementia Care Worker to join our team in delivering exceptional care and support to our residents living with dementia.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our residents, developing and implementing personalized care plans that promote their health, wellbeing, and participation in activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and support to residents with dementia, including personal care needs.
- Administer medication and maintain accurate records.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans to promote resident engagement and participation in activities.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care and completion of Level 3.
- Prior experience in providing care and support to individuals with dementia.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and caring approach.
Estimated Salary: £27,327.30 per annum (based on 40 hours per week)
