Job Title: Residential Care Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Care Manager to join our team at Compass Associates. As a Residential Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their independence, choice, dignity, and respect.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and services
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, making recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care and services
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and industry standards

Requirements:

  • NVQ 5 (or higher) in care or other relevant qualification
  • Knowledge of the care sector, elderly residential care, and regulatory frameworks
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
