Requirements

  • Hold a NVQ 5 (or higher) in care or a relevant qualification.
  • Have knowledge of the care sector, particularly in elderly residential care.
  • Be familiar with regulatory frameworks and industry standards.
  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
