Job Title: Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will provide individualized care and support to young residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized care and support to young residents, including daily living activities and personal care.
  • Act as a role model and advocate for the young people, promoting their rights and dignity.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support.
  • Participate in physical activities and outings with the young people, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
Requirements:
  • Empathy and a passion for helping young people.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with young people and colleagues.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work alternate weekends and bank holidays.
  • Ability to participate in physical activities.
