Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Care Manager to lead our team at a residential care home in Lincolnshire. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our residents.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in care management, with experience of running a residential care home. You will be responsible for supervising a team of healthcare professionals, ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and support to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
  • Ensure that all aspects of care are delivered in accordance with regulatory requirements and best practice
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and make recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care and support services

Requirements

  • NVQ 5 (or higher) in care or other relevant qualification
  • Knowledge of the care sector and regulatory framework relating to care homes
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure
