- 64 (inclusive of shift allowance)
About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Night Support Worker. As a key member of our residential care team, you will provide individualized care and support to young residents, serving as a positive role model and advocate for their well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized care and support to young residents
- Serve as a role model and advocate for the young people
- Work proactively within a professional care team
Requirements:
- Empathy and a passion for helping young people
- Willingness to work alternate weekends and bank holidays
- Ability to participate in physical activities
- Prior knowledge of child protection issues and understanding of the development needs of children and young people is desirable but not essential
Benefits:
- 5K (at start and upon successful completion of 6-month probation period)
- Yearly Retention Payment: £2000 per annum subject to performance
- Comprehensive induction program and continuous learning and development
- Sleep-in allowance paid
- Meals provided on shift
- Free onsite parking
- 25 days of annual leave per year plus bank holidays
