Job Title: Clinical Support Worker

Thornbury Community Services is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Support Worker to join our team. As a Clinical Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities and autism to live safe and fulfilled lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and autism
  • Work collaboratively with the client's care team to develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Support the client in achieving their personal goals and aspirations
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Minimum 12 months of experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
