Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Care Home Manager to lead our team at a well-established elderly care home in Lincolnshire. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and service delivery to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of multi-skilled professionals, including Deputy Managers, Unit Managers, Care Assistants, Administrators, Housekeepers, Catering and Site Maintenance Personnel.
- Ensure the environment is compliant with local governing bodies and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of our residents.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and service delivery, making recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resident satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Registered Manager with a Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Care.
- Proven experience in managing a residential care home or similar setting.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to respond to changing circumstances and priorities.
