Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of multi-skilled professionals to deliver exceptional care and service to residents
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the care home, including staff supervision and training
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Registered Manager with a Level 5 in Leadership and Management
- Proven experience in managing a residential care home or similar setting
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances
- A competitive salary of circa £47,000 per annum
