Join Our Team as a Registered Care Home Manager

Country Court is seeking an experienced Registered Care Home Manager to lead our team at Castor Lodge Care Home. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and service delivery to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care and services
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Manage budgets and resources to optimize care delivery and business performance
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and improve resident outcomes

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Registered Care Home Manager with CQC
  • Proven track record in management and delivery of high-quality care within a residential setting
  • Experience of working in dementia care and managing a care team
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding, compliance, and care inspectorate
