Brook Street are hiring for an Administrative Services Coordinator on a temporary basis for six months in Waterbeach, Cambridge. As an Administrative Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and prioritizing workload to ensure deadlines are met.

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Services Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately complete a variety of tasks such as creating reports, correspondence, presentations, and documentation.
  • Data input and system interrogation to support daily operations.
  • Communicating with internal teams and external stakeholders, providing advice, guidance, and relevant information.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Good verbal and written communication skills to provide advice, guidance, and support to a range of audiences.
  • Knowledge and understanding of customer care to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Estimated Salary:** £20,000 - £25,000 per annum
