If you enjoy working in a busy administrative role that enables you to work with internal teams, supporting clients and working with external suppliers then this role is for you. Being organised and aware of timescales is key to this role to ensure workbeing carried out by engineers is running smoothly and paperwork has been complete on time. You will also be a support to the engineers in making sure that they have the correct materials and parts for their work.
Full training on the role is provided but this is an excellent opportunity to join a lovely team of administrators who are keen to welcome you on board.
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Waterbeach, Cambridgeshire
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (1 hour lunch)
**Salary**: Up to £27,000
Benefits: 21 days holiday + bank holidays, raising to 25 days holiday after a longer period of service, social events and Pension scheme
**Duties**:
- Logging all communication with customers onto the system
- Checking engineers and sub-contractors' paperwork
- Raising purchase orders for engineering
- Collecting engineers cost sheets, timesheets and reports
- Inputting engineers details and data onto the system
- Preparing and sending quotations and then following up with clients
- Overseeing projects and support in ordering and sourcing parts and materials
- Collating contract reports for Contract Manager
- Support with administration on helpdesk issues
- Providing clients with feedback and updates
- Filing and scanning of documents
