We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Operations Lead to join our team at ESS. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading the development of new menu ideas and overseeing the implementation of new recipes and cooking techniques.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team of chefs and kitchen staff to create menus and dishes that exceed our customers' expectations. You will work closely with our culinary director to develop new menu concepts and oversee the implementation of new cooking techniques.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine dining and extensive experience in managing kitchen teams. You will need to have excellent communication skills and be able to motivate and inspire your team to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Development: Lead the development of new menu ideas and oversee the implementation of new recipes and cooking techniques.
  • Kitchen Operations: Oversee the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring that all meals meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Talent Management: Lead and develop a talented kitchen team, providing training and support to help them achieve their full potential.
What We Offer
