Culinary Operations Manager

We are seeking a talented Culinary Operations Manager to join our team at Compass UK & Ireland. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of exceptional food experiences in high-street locations.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of managing culinary and catering teams to deliver impeccable food and customer service. You will be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service, with excellent communication and organisational skills.
In this role, you will oversee the catering operations, including completing weekly business returns, monitoring budgets, and implementing action plans. You will also represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image, while supporting and training our teams to excel in their roles.
You will work closely with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets, and implement and review Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all catering and service teams.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must have:
- Previous management experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A passion for great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
- Demonstrable financial acumen
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- A Basic Food Hygiene certificate
