As a School Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our partner schools. You will be responsible for supervising pre-assigned lessons, managing classroom behavior, and maintaining a productive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Supervising pre-assigned lessons in the absence of regular teachers.
  • Establishing rapport quickly with students.
  • Implementing effective behavior management strategies in line with school policies.
  • Being flexible to cover various subjects across KS3, KS4, and KS5.
  • Ensuring students remain on task and complete assigned work.

Requirements:

  • Hold a UK recognized degree or have relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Have the right to work in the UK.
  • Possess a valid enhanced DBS check (preferably issued within the last year or on the update service). If you don't have a DBS, we can help with the application process.
  • Be local to, or willing to travel to New Forest.
Estimated Salary

£28,000 - £35,000 per annum.
