Responsibilities: Cash up and close the bar
- Oversee the daily operations of the bar, including opening and closing procedures
- Manage and train bar staff, ensuring they provide excellent customer service
- Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Develop and update drink menus, ensuring a variety of options to cater to different tastes
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service
- Organize and oversee special events or promotions at the bar

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of food production, preparation, and safety standards
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
- Knowledge of culinary trends and mixology techniques is a plus

- Management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
