Academics Ltd is seeking a dedicated Classroom Support Specialist to play a vital role in maintaining the continuity of education in our partner schools.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting teaching and making a positive impact on students' learning experiences.

About the Role:

A key responsibility of the Classroom Support Specialist will be to supervise pre-assigned lessons across various subjects, including KS3, KS4, and KS5. This will involve establishing strong relationships with students, promoting a positive and inclusive atmosphere.

To ensure the smooth operation of our schools, the successful candidate will implement effective behavior management strategies in line with school policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise pre-assigned lessons, adapting to different subjects and year groups as needed.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere by building strong relationships with students.
  • Implement effective behavior management strategies to maintain a productive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • A UK-recognized degree or relevant experience in a similar role.
  • The right to work in the UK.
  • A valid enhanced DBS check (preferably issued within the last year or on the update service).
  • Local residence or willingness to travel to the New Forest area.
