Spa Coordinator

We are currently looking for a Spa Coordinator to work in the operations for our members at our award-winning Spa.

Herb House Spa is located within the grounds of Lime Wood - a boutique country house set in the heart of the New Forest National Park, Lyndhurst, Hampshire.

At Herb House, we are dedicated to natural well-being, inspired by our forest surroundings. Our Spa is designed over three levels, incorporating a massive Sauna, indoor Hydro Pool, Mud House, a steaming outdoor Hot Pool, eight spacious single treatment rooms and two magnificent double treatment rooms.

We also have a state-of-the-art rooftop gym with the very latest Technogym equipment, a 16-metre ozone treated indoor lap pool with glass doors overlooking the garden. We also have a hands and Feet room for manicure and pedis as well as a workout studio offering an extensive range of fitness classes to our guests and spa members.

**About the role**:
To assist with all aspects of the spa administration and support throughout the rest of the business.

Managing the membership enquiries to completion.
- Ensure the smooth running of the spa's daily operations, responding to member, resident & spa day guest needs and co-ordinating between all departments, across both the hotel & spa.
- Get stuck into supporting areas required within the business from reception, food and beverage to housekeeping all within both the Hotel & Spa.
- Confidently manage a selection of booking system.
- Booking in and carrying out membership inductions
- Assist the managing of membership enquiries to completion.
- Managing all Health & Safety Paperwork.
- Reporting to the Spa Director for all queries and issues raised by guests or staff. It will be your role to help ensure all departments are operating efficiently and to '˜jump in' where required to help the team.
- Must be able to work Tuesday
- Saturdays.

About you:
Previous exposure to a high-volume hotel, F&B operations, and experience of managing a team desirable. Training of all aspects and areas of the Hotel & Spa during an induction period will be provided to fully understand the day to day running of the operation. This role is a core position within a team of Duty Managers. Deigned to be interchangeable across the hotel and wider business.
