Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate general project administration tasks, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.
  • Manage subcontract payments, variation claims, and final account settlements with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Establish effective communication channels with contractors on-site, fostering collaborative relationships.
  • Regularly conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
  • Source and obtain necessary risk assessments, method statements, and safety documentation from subcontractors.
About the Role

This position offers a comprehensive salary package of approximately £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. With five live sites across Essex and a solid pipeline of upcoming work, you will enjoy a secure working environment and ample opportunities for professional development as the company continues to grow.
