Project Coordinator

Duties:
- To communicate with clients on existing and new projects/contracts. To respond to all client queries and ensure by coordinating using in house systems that ensure customers expectations are established and fulfilled. To respond to all technical and distribution queries in a timely manner. Manage and coordinate project schedules, resources, and deliverables
- Conduct requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders
- Utilise tools such as MS office and Sage for project tracking an d reporting
- Analyse data to provide insights for decision-making
- Conduct root cause analysis to address project issues promptly
Qualifications:
- Proficient in requirements gathering techniques and data analysis skills
- Experience with project management tools like Ms office. Strong analytical skills for conducting root cause analysis and problem solving. Good communication skills both oral and written.
Pay: £23,000.00-£37,009.17 per year
