Senior Sales Executive / Business Development - New Homes

Exciting Opportunity with a Leading Developer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to join our team at a prestigious and leading developer of luxury apartments and houses.

The successful candidate will be responsible for selling properties and developments in the Lancashire area, working closely with a positive sales and marketing team to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Selling properties and developments in the Lancashire area
  • Working closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve sales targets
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with customers and potential clients
  • Managing all aspects of the sales process, from initial contact to completion

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in new home sales, ideally selling apartments or houses
  • Strong sales and marketing skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
