Accounts and Office Administrator Role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts and Office Administrator to join our team at AFR Consulting. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing business, utilizing your skills and expertise to support our financial and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Purchase ledger duties, including raising invoices and paying suppliers
  • Sales ledger and credit control duties
  • Quarterly VAT returns and reports
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Managing car lease information
  • Collating yearly accounting information for the accountant
  • Weekly stock takes with the production team
  • Producing weekly sales and KPI reports for the Managing Director
  • Organizing overseas shipments and deliveries
  • Creating customer work orders for the sales and production teams
  • Handling phone queries regarding accounts and reception cover

The ideal candidate will have experience working in accounts and administration, preferably in a small business setting. You will be a confident communicator, naturally organized, and able to work effectively in a varied role. Proficiency in Xero and Excel is an advantage.
