Exciting Opportunity for a Mid Market Account Manager

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for managing our existing customer accounts, with a focus on growing and expanding our business. You will work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of existing customer accounts to ensure continued growth and satisfaction
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and expand our business
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop leads
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 GCSE's including Maths and English
  • Strong track record of working in a sales environment
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Creative and able to implement initiatives to improve sales techniques
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications
  • Commercial approach when making decisions
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Good numerical skills
  • Able to work as a team and individually
  • A good understanding of the UK energy markets (trends in pricing / market movement etc)
