Regional Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Director to lead our Eastern region team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping and implementing our sales and marketing strategy to drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a high-performing sales and marketing team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and success.
- Collaborate with Area Sales Managers to review and analyze performance, plan upcoming launches, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to Area Sales Managers to enhance their management skills and achieve sales excellence.
- Build strong relationships with Sales Executives based on site to ensure effective sales execution and customer satisfaction.
- Manage people and planning, including talent development, performance management, and recruitment.
- Develop and manage budgets to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Director with a proven track record of success in the New Homes, Construction, or Property sectors. You will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
You will be able to demonstrate operational excellence, analytical thinking, authenticity, and planning. You will be a true leader of people, with a focus on the people, customer, and commercial agendas.
