Regional Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Director to lead our Eastern region team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping and implementing our sales and marketing strategy to drive business growth and success.
As a Sales and Marketing Director, you will lead a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to achieve their goals. You will work closely with our Area Sales Managers to review performance, plan launches, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing plans that meet or exceed business targets. This will involve analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and developing strategies to capitalize on them. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our sales teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to succeed.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Director who can lead our Eastern region team to success. If you have a proven track record of driving sales and marketing growth, and are passionate about delivering exceptional results, we want to hear from you.
