Salary

We offer a competitive salary in line with industry standards. Based on national averages, we estimate the salary for this role to be around £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

 

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a New Homes Coordinator. You will provide professional support to new homes customers from initial enquiry through to completion of their home, ensuring high levels of accuracy and regular communication.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collate and compile comprehensive contracts or lettings packs, ensuring sales/lettings paperwork is issued promptly
  • Check and process invoices, coordinate the signing and sealing of legal documents, and ensure Professional Indemnity insurance records are valid
  • Coordinate the appointment of new consultants and contractors, ensuring that paperwork is completed and signed off correctly

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple customers and tasks simultaneously
  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
