Industrial Maintenance Technician Luton

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our client's team in the Luton area. As a key member of the property maintenance team, you will be responsible for carrying out routine and emergency repairs, installations, and maintenance tasks across various properties.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in general maintenance, including plumbing, carpentry, plastering, painting & decorating, and groundwork. You will also be involved in cleaning and clearing communal areas such as offices, toilets, and external spaces.
This role involves working from home with regular travel to properties where tenants reside. A full UK driving licence is required, and DBS checks will be conducted prior to appointment.
