We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Operative to work within the Luton area, reporting to the Head of Property. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out responsive and planned maintenance tasks across various properties. This involves daily travel to carry out repairs and maintenance in the properties where tenants reside.

New Appointments Group is looking for someone with experience in general maintenance, including plumbing, carpentry, plastering, painting & decorating, and groundwork. The successful candidate will also be involved in cleaning and clearing communal areas such as offices, toilets, and external areas.

The role involves working from home and requires a full UK driving licence. The successful candidate will be involved in a 6-month probation period.
