Job Description

Brook Street NMR is seeking a skilled Warrant and Revenue Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the daily completion of Rights of Entry warrants in line with our processes, policies, and revenue recovery objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day planned warrant visits for all activity types, including debt, inspection, and exchange.
  • Direct external colleagues to ensure visit completion in accordance with client requirements.
  • Liaise with colleagues and management for escalated matters.
  • Provide guidance and support when dealing with each call on an individual account basis.
  • Make proactive and reactive calls to clients, providing accurate account-level detail.
  • Prepare and distribute visit listings for timely checking accounts.

About You:

  • You will have good IT skills with accurate keyboard skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people, both orally and written.
  • Experience of telephone work is essential.
  • You will be able to work and deliver in a fast-paced environment with firm deadlines.
  • You will be self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • You will be able to react to change in a positive manner.
